Chocolate tasting
Ro and I have had several discussions on how there is such a thing as too much chocolate (cacao) in a chocolate bar. He kept eating my 70% chocolate telling me it was his favorite, so I settled it with a tasting.
Ro was given 54%, 70% and 85% chocolate to taste. He had to identify which was what, and tell me what he liked the best. He was able to get all the %s correctly after I explained the negative correlation of % to sweetness. And yes, 54% was his favorite of the lot. I’m glad he is a normal, milk-chocolate eating kid 🙂
