Why are they cracking up, you ask? We were discussing how my community uses initials, village names, and names of parents in lieu of last names, and how kids are named after their grandparents. Right before this photo, I told Ro my given name, which is my maternal grandma’s name, and he totally cracked himself up trying to pronounce it.
