Early indoctrination
Like most kids his age, Ro is fascinated with things that light up and make noises. One day I saw him playing with a flashing LED on what looked like a little self-made circuit, and I stumbled upon these directions MrM had made for him.
M bought a set of kid-friendly electronic components that are easy to assemble for little fingers. The set has a battery, switches, and several LEDs, photo-sensitive devices, etc that you can use to make fun (and even complicated) circuits. I though there were just goofing around with flashing lights, but MrM was teaching Ro the basics of circuits. Talk about early indoctrination!
